What to expect at your visit

Check in
Arrive a few minutes early with your photo ID, insurance card, medication list, and any prior imaging or records related to your visit.

Tell us your story
Your provider will take the time to listen — how the problem started, what makes it better or worse, and what your goals are.

Evaluation & diagnosis
A focused exam, often paired with point-of-care ultrasound or on-site X-ray, so you leave with an accurate diagnosis — usually the same day.

A plan you understand
We'll walk through your options together and build an evidence-based treatment plan, with education and shared decision-making at every step.
